Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Worldwide Shipping Rates and Estimates

Unless otherwise specified below, we offer the following shipping options worldwide:

· Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–14 days.

· Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Australia Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping to Australia is free. Most orders are estimated to arrive within 10 days. Delivery to remote areas may take around 30 days. If you are in a remote area of Australia and would like to expedite your shipment, please contact our customer service team. An additional US$35 fee applies.

UK Shipping Rates and Estimates

· Orders of $20.00 or more: Free shipping

· Orders under $20.00: $3.00 flat-rate shipping

All orders are estimated to arrive within 5–8 days after shipment.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

beadverse.store is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

beadverse.store is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
