- Held at a courier pickup point because the recipient was unavailable;
and the customer failed to respond, coordinate delivery, or collect the shipment.
Any loss, return, disposal, destruction, or customs-related action resulting from the customer’s failure to receive or collect a shipment, refusal to accept it, or lack of response is the customer’s responsibility. Such circumstances do not qualify the customer for a refund or payment dispute.
